Operations Team Leader

The Team Leader will assist with the planning, direction and coordination of the operations of the Change Center for weekend functions.  This includes coordination with the Director of Operations to ensure promotions, specials events, birthday parties, skating rink, and daily facility use are effectively managed.  His/her role also includes ensuring excellent customer service by supervising customer-related activities of staff and ensuring that guests are treated in a professional manner.
